SATEC CONCEPT 3 SATEC CONCEPT 3 TWIN Universal high-capacity coaters. For gentle treating and coating of all types of seed with excellent distribution of treatments and shortest mixing times. Also available as automatic pelleting machines!

All machineryparts are free accessible, can be cleaned within shortest time and require nearly no maintenance works.

Processcontrol by PLC and terminal. Software and man-machine-interface tried and tested for many years, always adapted to new demands of our clients (e.g. automatic calculation of amounts according to thousand-cernel weight)
Software Updates are distributed free of charge to all CONCEPT - users.

Simple operation and adjustment of the whole machine by a user-guided menu-system..
Every relevant data can be entered directly or be loaded from the recipe-management.

The menu-system is divided into two operation-levels.
Level 1 displays only relevant data for everydays work.
Level 2 is only accessible by code and gives access to all data of the machine (e.g.: speedregulation of pumps, rotor, delaytimes, etc.).

Mechanical side and software are prepared for quick adaption of the whole machine to rising demands. (additional dosinglines, second mixingchamber, powderdosing, mass-flowmeter, printer, floppy disc drive...)

Errordiagnosis, adjustment and software-updates by modem are available.

Description of the components:

Mixingchamber for batches up to 32,5 dm³, 65 dm³ or 220 dm³

• statorcovering with hindged lid, 2 flanges for exhaust- and drying-air
• safetylocking for lid (locks lid during operation)
• high-pressure fan below rotor housing (creates a slight overpressure to seal the gap between rotor and housing)
  

Material:
Rotor: cast iron PUR-lcoating
Rotorhousing: cast iron
Stator: steel with seperate wearing inliner made of steel
Optionally other coating- or inliner materials are available.

Discharge of mixing chamber:

• pneumatic operated discharge flap with position control for quick and complete emptying of mixer
• discharge housing with outlet 300 x 200 mm (other dimensions on request)

Seeddosing:   Pic

• electronic, calibratable seedbalance for exact weighing of adjusted batchsize
• feeding attachment with adjustable coarse- and fineflow
• connecting hopper between balance and treater
• by-pass seedvalve (e.g. for direct bagging of untreated seed)
  

With a calibrated balance direct bagging out of the mixingchamber is possible.

Big-bag filling, adjustment of total amount to treat as well as treating of restseeds are included of course within the operation software.

Liquid dosing:

Seperate frame for liquid dosings and liquid calibration.
Several capacities are available, choice is done according to clients demands.

Compressed air:

• control of pneumatic parts by 5/2 - way solenoid valves, mounted on a central, field-bus controlled unit
• pneumatic service unit (airfilter, lubricator, pressureregulator, pressure sensor and safetyvalve (avoids risk of injury in case of sudden pressure build-up, e.g. after compressor break-down)
  

Control:

• main switchgear cabinet with PLC
• controlcabinet with touchscreen and weighing electronics - for control and operation of the whole installation
• recipemanagement with free choice of parameters
• communication and error-messages displayed in full text
  

Power supply: 380/400 V, 50 Hz (adaption to other power supplies possible)

Optional equipment for SATEC CONCEPT ® 3 und 3 TWIN:

SATEC CONCEPT ® 3 and 3 TWIN are prepared for being equipped with up to 4 liquiddosings and a powderdosing, thus offering the possibility of quick adaptation of the machine to raising demands.

Several different dosingsystems are available, choice is done according to the clients demands.

A later adaptation (e.g. for operation with mass-flowmeters) can be done quick and easy.

On request we offer documentationsystems - e.g. protocol for each treated batch, only in case of an error, counters,...
Data can be printed directly or transfered to a PC.

Online-help and adjustment of the machine by modem or ethernet connection reduce costs and times of stand-still to a minimum.

Integration into PC - system and/ or adjustment and operation of the machine by Internet - fit for all future demands!
